An often overlooked area when it comes to Feng Shui , the powers and energies of Feng Shui , the planning and organization of your home , work or living areas is the type , placement and balance of light and lighting.

I have been so immersed in Feng Shui recently that I'd lost sight of the fact that not everyone understands its benefits as well as I do. But just the other day I discovered my mistake when a good friend asked me, "What exactly is Feng Shui, anyway? And how can it help me?"

Water is one of the Five Elements of feng shui. When the Five Elements (metal, water, wood, fire and earth) are balanced, we are more comfortable and productive. Since many indoor environments have little or no water, I often suggest adding water to a space. Essential oil misters (which also make great gifts) are a fun and delightful way to add the element of water to your space.

So you're looking into moving the concepts and principles of feng shui outside of your home and into your garden. This is a fabulous idea - after all, the energy you create outside your home directly affects the energy that is created within your home.

The coins should be hung on the inside of the door and not outside. Please do not go to the extreme and hang coins on each and every door of your house. Hanging coins on the main door is enough.

Feng Shui is a Healing art. It is meant to inspire, transform, help and assist out clients to achieve their goals.
